Neurofeedback
$750 Brainmap (qEEG) including intake and review session
$125 Neurofeedback training sessions (Typically about 50 mins for check ins and training)
Discounted package deals available. Inquire if interested! Sliding Scale also applicable.
Many Cigna/Evernorth plans do cover Neurofeedback training sessions in network!
Individual Therapy
$185 per 50 min session
Extended EMDR Sessions
$275 per 80 min session

We offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and explore if we may be a good therapeutic fit. .
Sliding Scale
If you have concerns about being able to afford counseling, we are happy to discuss options and possibly reduced fees depending on your situation. Aerie Counseling offers a sliding scale to reduce the cost per session for those with genuine and sincere financial need. A limited amount of these spots are available. Please reach out if you think you may qualify and would like to fill out an application.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, HSA, and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Insurance
Bethany Albrecht is currently an in-network provider for Cigna. For other insurance companies, she and Bobby are out-of-network providers. Aerie Counseling does not bill these companies directly, however, many insurance plans with mental health benefits or employee benefit plans will cover some of the cost of counseling services. After you pay for services, we am happy to provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
Please check with your insurance company regarding their requirements for reimbursing your services with out-of-network providers. Check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
