Aerie Counseling’s office is located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center (DTC), conveniently serving adults in Greenwood Village, Denver, Centennial, Englewood, Parker, and surrounding South Metro communities. We provide trauma-informed counseling and neurofeedback services for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, stress, and sleep-related concerns.

Our Denver Tech Center office offers a calm, welcoming environment designed to support focus, comfort, and privacy. Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or continuing deeper work, we strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported throughout your healing process.

Services Offered at Our Denver Tech Center Office

At our DTC location, we offer individual counseling and neurofeedback training for adults, integrating evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs. Our work is trauma-informed and collaborative, drawing from modalities including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Neurofeedback training for nervous system regulation

These approaches support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties with focus or sleep. Neurofeedback may be offered as a stand-alone service or thoughtfully integrated with counseling to support lasting, sustainable change.
